RESOURCES FOR EXECUTORS AND ESTATES

Care n’ Share Thrift Shop

Accepts housewares and clean, serviceable clothing during shop hours and after Sunday service. The nonprofit church shop also handles donated toys and books for resale.

About the Organization & Community Impact

Care n’ Share is a church-sponsored resale ministry of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Trinity’s mission and outreach work is organized around identifying community needs, creating local service opportunities and supporting charitable efforts beyond the congregation. The thrift shop turns donated clothing, housewares, books and other usable goods into affordable merchandise, and the church states that proceeds are directed to mission opportunities. The practical benefit is both social and environmental: shoppers can obtain needed goods at low cost, donors can keep useful property in circulation, and the resulting revenue helps fund outreach projects selected by the church. For estate cleanouts and downsizing, the shop can therefore serve as a community-focused destination for smaller reusable items that meet its quality and capacity requirements.
